Our migration workshop helps you use your data and transfer it to a new system.
It doesn't matter which system your data comes from.

We support common systems with a comparable code base, such as:

• KIX/KIXDESK

• OTOBO

• OTRS

Migrations from SaaS providers are also possible:

• ServiceNow
• Freshdesk
• Zammad
• Zendesk

To plan and implement a successful migration, we only need a REST interface or an export of your existing data.

Our team will then transform the data according to your specifications. In addition to migrating the entire ticket data set, it is possible to transfer individual areas or time periods.

This can be very helpful if, for example, you only want to outsource one area to save costs.
